When paying for your order, preauthorized payment amount will be hold by the bank once your order is submitted. This is done in order to check for any fraudulent activity. Once we receive confirmation that you have received your order from our rider, only then will we deduct your final confirmed payment. Reversal would normally take 3-5 working days depending on your bank processing time.
